The proposed projects construction costs by McKinley-Golden Associates are estimated to be approximately $76.5M on the high end.  The November 2024 bond was called on August 19, 2024 in the amount of $80m.  The primary reason for the difference between that amount and the total bond amount is that these are construction cost projections only and do not include funds to cover general and administrative costs for construction.
